Learn how to naturally dyed wool, silk or any animal fibre. With this kit, you have the basics to get started applying beautiful natural colour to your animal-based fibres.
As animal fibres have to be prepared for dyeing using different ingredients & methods to plant fibres, this kit is designed to guide you through the process of dyeing these delicate fibres in the simplest way possible. With clear instruction on how to move through the process of natural dyeing from start to finish, each kit contains enough mordant (the magic ingredient that helps the dye bind to the fibre) to prepare up to 500g of fibre.

- 12-page booklet with clear instructions on how to scour, mordant, dye & wash animal fibres.
- This kit will scour and mordant up to 500g of animal fibre. (balls of wool are usually sold in 50-100g this would dye 10 x 50g balls or 5 x 100g balls).
