Natural Dyeing Workshop in Connemara
It is so wonderful to be back teaching workshops again after such a long & challenging two years. Last weekend I returned to Killruddery for a natural dyeing workshop with a group of lovely women. We walked through the beautiful gardens together, gathered dye plants, chatted, laughed, brewed pots & dyed fibres.
One of the things I love most about teaching is getting to meet new & interesting people. After what we've all being through this feels especially gratifying at the moment. With last weekends experience fresh in my mind, I am looking forward to a wonderful workshop in one of my favourite places in the world.

This September, I'll be travelling West to the breathtaking lands of Connemara to teach natural dyeing in collaboration with Ace Camps. We will begin our adventures in Ennis & make our way North to Kilary Lodge.
Our time together will be spent exploring the process of natural dyeing while enjoying the peninsula with its endless supply of pristine beaches, rugged mountains & spectacular scenery. We will have a few days of natural dyeing with time to soak in the process, with the option of hiking the surrounding hills or kayaking in the evening. Food will be provided by the award wining, husband/wife duo behind the Misunderstood Heron.
I cannot wait to meet everyone that has signed up & spend a few days together in such a beautiful part of the world. If you're interested in learning more about this workshop, see Ace Camps full description here.
